“The whole experience was really easy and seamless. There was a storm on our wedding day, so a few changes had to be made at the last minute. Paula was there to make all of those changes and manage all the things that we didn’t have time to manage.”

This will eliminate surprises and costly mistakes. This is the first and most important step to ensure your dream wedding day.
Timeline and Planning
At the start of your journey Paula will create a plan with monthly goals to ensure everything is organised when it needs to be, and you’ll always know you’re on track.
Supplier Recommendations

Styling
Twenty years of creating NZ’s most stylish weddings, and sourcing the products to do so, means Paula had some storage issues at home!
You are invited to use any of Paula’s styling items free of charge to create the look for your day. The onsite styling storage room is a favourite of our brides filled with silver, brass, crystal, glass, pottery, vases, candelabras, baskets, blackboards, the list goes on…
Etiquette and Advice
Paula’s vast experience will ensure the planning process is stress free and enjoyable. Wedding involve a large circle of people, family and friends and this can create some tricky questions and dilemmas. Paula is here to help and offer some objective advice based on years of experience.
The Runsheet
Paula is famous for her runsheets. It sounds counter intuitive but to create a relaxed wedding day that just flows effortlessly, you must have an extremely organised and detailed runsheet. The runsheet is shared with all vendors, family and bridal parties so everyone is on the same page.
Wedding Day and Rehearsal Management
Paula will not only oversee all of the set-up so you know everything’s perfect, she will co-ordinate the rehearsal and be on hand to event manage your wedding day keeping everything running as planned. Paula’s favourite part of the day is helping our brides out of the car and checking everyone is perfect before they walk down the aisle.
“Embarking on a wedding journey as a queer couple was a slightly daunting process, and not necessarily a straightforward one. Paula and the team made us feel welcome from day one, and we are so grateful for their love and support. We can’t thank them enough.”
